RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY for online purchases

Only products purchased at regular price may be returned for an exchange or a credit at the below conditions:

Acceptable products conditions for return:

  1. The product must be in its original undamaged packaging, with price tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt.
  2. The product must  still be in good condition, unwashed and odorless.
  3. All product purchased on sale are not returnable.


  1. A return request must be done no later than 30 days after the order date as indicated on the original receipt.
  2. Email your return request to with your order number explaining which article(s) you wish to return along with the reason for return.
  3. Your request will be reviewed and confirmed by email with
    1. a return number to include with your return package.

  4. The return shipping fee is the customer responsibility.
  5. If the product received is not in the above conditions then it will not be exchanged nor credited.
  6. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  7. If not exchange then the customer’s account will be credited of the same amount.
  8. Refunds may be exceptionally be done and credited in the manner in which payment was made.
  9. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
