RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY for online purchases
Only products purchased at regular price may be returned for an exchange or a credit at the below conditions:
Acceptable products conditions for return:
- The product must be in its original undamaged packaging, with price tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt.
- The product must still be in good condition, unwashed and odorless.
- All product purchased on sale are not returnable.
- A return request must be done no later than 30 days after the order date as indicated on the original receipt.
- Email your return request to email@example.com with your order number explaining which article(s) you wish to return along with the reason for return.
- Your request will be reviewed and confirmed by email with
- a return number to include with your return package.

- The return shipping fee is the customer responsibility.
- If the product received is not in the above conditions then it will not be exchanged nor credited.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- If not exchange then the customer’s account will be credited of the same amount.
- Refunds may be exceptionally be done and credited in the manner in which payment was made.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
